Eli sent us some photographs of notes he found in an old copy of Francis Bacon's New Atlantis.

According to Eli, he found the book at the National Library of Greece, in Athens.

We know that the binary code in the notes led Eli to discover [his secret site -- the "omphaputer"|http://164.109.150.213/index.html].

But what do these notes really mean? What do the "wave forms" do, or stand for? And what does the New Atlantis have to do with it? Let's discuss!
