- I'm sure that there's no way for me to retrieve the CCTV footage from the gallery, though I definitely wish we could get it!
- As for pronunciation, I've always thought of it as "thur-man-tee-uh", but that's just my perspective. It sounds to me like the owner was more concerned that the person seemed to be taking cues from someone else via their mobile, and then he was also mispronouncing it.
- As long as Tim seems like he knows what he's doing, I have confidence that it will work out. I guess we're at the shop keeper's mercy though.
