Los atletas que entrenan para la competición Olimpica utilizan laberintos más cortos para desarrollar su velocidad, coraje, y sentido de la dirección.

Los que corren por primera vez deben probar con el laberinto de 3-circuitos. Son necesarios 4 giros para escapar de él.

Los corredores mas experimentados pueden entrenar en un laberinto de 5-circuitos. 5 giros son necesarios para escapar de él.
