There are a few lists floating around of people who can translate. If you would like to be included in this list visit the Uniform forum dedicated to it here.

There are lots of things being written almost daily by our 6 characters that have to be translated into ALL the other languages. If you have a couple mins please help the rest of us out by editing the Wiki so we have translations of Everything in all the above languages.
