Dear Javier,

Yes, I know something about Theo.

He is playing a dangerous game against our six allies.

I have struggled for years to understand his motivations.

Does he really believe it is in our world's best interests to stop our six allies? If so, why?

To help your friend Diego and the others with their mission, I must first understand Theo's.

If you wish to help me, we may need to join forces with Theo. We must get closer in order to learn how to stop him and HIS allies.
