Hey how are you? I have been practicing juggling a little and I’ve also been doing exercises. Ariadne told us that to do exercise is a good form of possibly activating our memory. That which I do are agility exercises, drawing these stations on the floor, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the idea is to cover them quickly, forming this type of pattern, for example the pattern of the star is to go from 1 to 3 to 5 to 2 and 4 and forming a star that is obvious. The idea behind doing the exercise that Ariadne recommended to us is very good because I feel better myself, or being when I do exercise it’s how I return to my true being, and the best is that it works, because, yesterday after one large agility session suddenly a word appeared in my brain, or I didn’t have to think about it, I just knew it… Mythopoeia696. I am going to write it for you because you probably can’t understand it. What it is I don’t know, what it all has to do this with the lost ring, with us waking up in the labyrinth, but well, if we want to go find out, we are going to have to continue doing exercises.
