Edwin Moses just shared the news with me.

We have six teams competing in the worlds championships on August 23/24, 2008!

Here are some early details about the team. Please, team captains, send more details as you have them so I can update this post!

Team London (Racing at 10:30 PM Local Time Saturday August 23)

London team captain Nicole reports: "There will be a 6pm Athletic Carbo-Loading Pasta Dinner before the event." Awesome! And here is where they will be competing: "Just under(ish) London's Marble Arch (we may mark out our labyrinths that night with 'hazard tape' (easily removable) as while there's concrete on which to lay out the chalk it may be too dark to see clearly). The Marble Arch stands by the site of the Tyburn Gallows where many were hung in the Elizabethan period, and is lit up at night and quite distinctive - see the location marked here" And Additional team members are still being chosen based on how much training they can fit in between now and August 23." (Look at all those sofia... no wonder Team London came up with so many of the strategies that other teams are now using! And is that AN OMPHALOS in the background of Team London??)
