Folgt mir.
- Quote...

- Yea, I am officially with Theo now. He was right: One shouldn't let other worlds perish, just in order to let this one survive. To think differently would be mere selfishness.
- My partner told me to go to a forest and quote some lines from a song by/from The Little Mermaid, as if they had been written by Shakespeare.
- I'm finally with Theo now, and I am finally doing the only thing that can be right. Follow me.

Notes
- (1) Strange phrasing here, as if the world should both survive and perish.
- (2) Hans Christian Andersen's fairy-tale is called Die kleine Meerjungfrau in German, with a double e. Meer=sea, mehr=more - just another mistake, or a significant detail?
- (3) The lyrics Markus quotes appear to be from the Disney movie The Little Mermaid (Noteable detail: In German, that movie isn't called Die kleine Meerjungfrau, but Arielle, die Meerjungfrau. His desynch partner is definitely not German, then.)
- I'll tell you a tale of the bottomless sea
- And it's hey to the starboard, heave-ho
- Look out, lad, a mermaid be waiting for you
- In mysterious fathoms below
