[edit] Can YOU help us finish the omphalos network? (link)

So here's where we stand

We have 15 knots tied. We need to tie 12 more.

We have at least 8 more city labyrinths in the work that I know about: Beijing, China; Salvador, Brazil; Washington, DC, USA; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Laval, France; and more! And check out these cool upcoming designs for Shenzhen, China and Cambridge, USA!

But we still need more city captains, ideally in parts of the world we don't have in our network yet!

At least one of city labyrinths needs to be pretty far north (Scandinavian countries, maybe?). And at least one of them needs to fill in that big hole we have in the net, over Africa. Otherwise, we'll never hit our target: to cover at least 85% of the Earth's surface. You can see the holes in our network in the current display on the omphaputer:

Now, Eli is making me say one more thing.

The omph strength of our network is up to 189.7! Do you know what that means? If we finish the network, we could send home all of the agonothetia from 2008 AND most of the agonothetai from 2004, if they want to come with us!

BUT. Eli says we need a backup plan. Just in case we don't finish the omphalos network before the Opening Ceremonies.

He says the 2004 team was only able to send one agonothetai home in 2004 because they didn't finish their network. He says WE need to figure which ONE agonothetai gets to go home if we don't complete the mission.

I am ignoring him because I KNOW we can do this. I don't want to fight. I don't want to tell MeiHui she has to stay so Diego can go home, or to tell James he won't get to see Toria again after all. We HAVE to finish the omphalos network.
